New Home

Opening January 2027 in Massachusetts

You need a binder by closing.
You also need someone to look at all of it.

The lender’s deadline is real, and it does not wait on our list — tell us the closing date and we work to it. Everyone else joins the line, and we take households from it in order, because looking at all of it properly is the whole point and we will not do it badly at volume. But a house doesn’t just join your insurance, it changes it. The cars, the umbrella you set up years ago, the place on the Cape — adding a property is the moment the seams between those policies start to matter, and the one time you’d actually notice. So we look at all of it, once, properly. Then you stop thinking about it.

Property Details

This is the point, not an upsell — what we find is usually in the seams between policies, not inside any one of them. Our Massachusetts home + auto bundling guide walks through how the multi-policy math actually works.

What Should We Look Into?

Coverage lines (optional — pick any that apply)
Standard
Less common home coverage (Condo, Renters, High-value home, Landlord, Flood)

Less common coverage (Pet, Motorcycle, RV, Boat)

Common Questions

Yes. Your mortgage lender will require proof of homeowners insurance (often called an insurance binder) before closing. Most lenders need this at least a few days before the closing date. Since we are looking at the house anyway, we look at the rest of the household in the same pass — that is when the seams between policies show up.

Because the expensive problems usually sit between policies rather than inside one — a liability limit on the auto that the umbrella quietly assumes is higher, a second property nobody ever told the umbrella about. Adding a home is the moment those seams move. Carriers do price multi-policy households differently and we will tell you exactly what we found for yours; that is the reason we look, not a number we lead with. Our Massachusetts home + auto bundling guide walks through when a separate-carrier setup can actually beat the bundle.

Two to three weeks before closing is comfortable. But even if closing is days away, a deadline never waits on our intake queue — tell us the date and we work to it.

No problem. We'll look at your current rate against bundled options. If bundling helps you money, we'll help you switch. If your current carrier is already the right answer, we'll tell you that too — we're not paid to push any particular company.
